HivemindOS manual
Safety & Limits
Every trade and transfer passes the same checks before it runs. You set the rules once on a wallet in Wallets, and they apply to every action, whether you start it or an agent does.
The checks before anything moves
- Company freeze: if you freeze a company, actions for its active Work Board tasks stop immediately. The same agent’s unrelated work is not affected.
- Per-action limit: a single payment or trade over the cap is refused.
- Daily and monthly limits: rolling totals across everything the wallet spends.
- Approval threshold: anything above it waits for your yes.
Money coming in (a sale) and paper trades don’t count against your spending limits. A company freeze still stops them when they belong to an active company task.
You always confirm
Before a real action runs, you see a plain-English review: what it is, how much, where it goes, which network, and any warnings. In the Trade tab you confirm with Review → Confirm; in chat, the agent shows the details and you reply to confirm.
Personal wallets never auto-spend
Your own wallet never spends by itself. Every send, swap, or payment needs your confirmation, every time, even when an agent prepares it.
An agent wallet with spending turned on can act without asking each time, but only inside its rules: the right network, within its caps and budgets. Anything bigger, off-policy, or unusual stops and asks.
Hyperliquid
Hyperliquid actions add their own checkpoints: a quote before each order, separate confirmations for builder-fee approval, orders, cancels, account changes, transfers, withdrawals, and TWAPs, and reduce-only orders for shrinking a position. See Hyperliquid Trading.
HivemindOS enforces your wallet rules, but it cannot prevent market risks like liquidation, funding payments, slippage, or fast price moves. Keep position sizes to what you can actively manage.
Everything is logged
Each completed action appears in Wallets · Activity with what it was, how much, and where it went.
