Trading

HivemindOS lets you and your agents trade crypto, stocks, and options, and research prediction markets, from wallets you control. You can trade in the Trade tab, by asking an agent in chat, or from your coding tools.

How your money stays safe

• You confirm every real action. You see what will happen, how much, where it goes, and the fee before anything runs.
• Limits live on the wallet. Per-trade, daily, and monthly caps, an approval step for bigger amounts, and a freeze switch apply everywhere.
• Personal wallets never auto-spend. Only an agent wallet you set up with limits can act on its own, and only inside those limits.
• Practice comes first. New trading starts in paper mode with virtual money. Live trading is something you opt into.
• Bankr uses its own wallet. Actions that run through Bankr spend from Bankr’s trading wallet, not the wallet you selected, and the app tells you when that happens.

How a trade works

The Trade header always shows the execution mode:

• Research-only: build a thesis and review a plan. Nothing is simulated or sent.
• Paper: the default. Approved plans fill in a separate virtual portfolio. No real order is sent.
• Live: approved plans can reach a real venue, but only after they pass the live risk checks and you approve. If a required check (quote age, slippage, account policy, or exposure) is unknown, the order is refused.

Crypto swaps and stock orders follow the same Trade Plans steps:

1. Stage: choose the asset and amount. Market orders are the default; limit, stop, and time-in-force options are under Advanced order.
2. Review: the plan shows mode, account, venue, exposure before and after, quote age, fees, slippage, and every risk check.
3. Approve or reject: a live approval unlocks only that exact request. Changing the asset, side, type, or amount needs a new plan.
4. Audit: submissions, fills, and failures appear under Activity. Approval alone never moves funds.

Hyperliquid, options, prediction research, and liquidity management keep their own previews and confirmations.

The Trade route also has Research (asset search and saved theses), Portfolio (account snapshots and the paper portfolio), Plans (your review queue), Activity, and Automations. Exchange and Interactive Brokers connections are read-only or paper-only; they cannot place orders.

Options

Buy and sell ETH and BTC calls and puts from your own wallet. Options use practice funds for now: add test USDC to your wallet, move at least $5 into the options account, and trade from there. Each order is quoted before your wallet signs it, your wallet limits apply, and orders carry no HivemindOS platform fee.
