Integrations, Apps, And Work History
Connect outside services so agents can work with them, open apps running anywhere in your hive, and look back at what your agents have done. For the full list of integrations, see Integrations.
Connect an app or account
- Open More → Integrations and choose the service.
- Review the access it needs and what it can do.
- Sign in with the provider, or enter the credential in the setup field.
- Wait for HivemindOS to check the connection.
- Go back to your task or conversation. It refreshes in place.
Each card shows whether the service is connected, which account it uses, and what setup is missing.
What a connection allows
A connection is not permission for every agent to do everything.
- Reading and writing are separate.
- The selected agent and the current task still decide what is relevant.
- Publishing, sending, deleting, spending, and account changes can need your confirmation.
- A Zero Human Company can add its own budget, limits, and approval rules.
- The provider’s own permissions still apply.
Agents can see that a credential is set without seeing its value. To reuse a setup across your machines, see Shared Env.
Use apps across your hive
Open More → Apps & Services to see apps and services found on your connected machines.
- Interactive apps open in their normal interface.
- Service cards show what the service offers and whether it is healthy.
- Each item shows which machine it runs on. Apps on an offline machine are unavailable until it reconnects.
Finding a service does not grant access to it. An agent still needs the right connection, machine permission, and task approval.
GitHub and code proof
Connect GitHub for repositories, issues, pull requests, workflows, and agent coding tasks. Use the in-app sign-in when you can, and a personal token only when that suits the account.
For signed proof of code work, add the optional GitLawb Code Proof.
Phone and messaging
Pairing a phone or adding a messaging channel lets agents reach you or send approved updates. It does not let every agent contact people on its own. See Calling for voice, and the Messaging view for Telegram, Discord, iMessage, and other channels.
Text Scout on Telegram
You can also text Scout the way you would text a friend. In Messaging, press Open Telegram on the “Text Scout on Telegram” card, then press Start in Telegram. That chat now uses your account: the same Scout, the same memory, and the same free replies and credits as chat in the app. There is no bot to create and nothing to paste.
Telegram chat is text only for now. Web searches, pictures, connected apps and anything that spends or sends stay in the app, and Scout will say so. Only the last few messages are kept, encrypted, so a reply has context. Disconnect on the same card removes the link.
Review work history
Open History to search past work across projects and agents. Use it to find what changed, which task produced a result, where the deliverable is, which agent did it, and whether it finished, got blocked, or awaits review.
History helps you navigate. It is not proof that something succeeded; important work should also have a receipt, output, or evaluation.
Disconnect safely
Before disconnecting, check whether an automation, company, cloud agent, or unfinished task uses the account. Disconnecting stops new calls; it does not undo anything already done.
Removing a shared credential also removes it from your other machines. If an offline machine still shows the old setup after reconnecting, see Hivemind Sync and Troubleshooting.
