HivemindOS manual
Twenty CRM
Twenty is an optional customer system for a company in HivemindOS. Twenty holds your people, company, and deal records. HivemindOS adds task routing, company limits, approvals, and work receipts around them.
You can use Twenty Cloud or your own Twenty server. HivemindOS connects through Twenty’s public APIs and never modifies the server.
Connect Twenty
- Open a company and choose Connections.
- In Customers & deals, choose Connect Twenty.
- Sign in with Twenty, or paste an API key from Twenty’s APIs & Webhooks settings.
- Keep the default cloud address, or enter your own server’s address.
- Wait for the connection check, then choose Use for company.
Use a Twenty role that can reach only the records this company needs. Agents never see the credential.
The company card then shows people, company, and deal counts plus recent deals, and the Sales view can use Twenty as a pipeline source.
Get live updates
- Save a webhook secret while connecting Twenty.
- On the company connection card, choose Copy live-update address.
- Add that address and the same secret in Twenty’s APIs & Webhooks settings.
For Twenty Cloud, the address must be reachable from the internet. HivemindOS rejects unsigned, old, or malformed notifications and keeps only a short receipt, not the full record.
What agents can do
- Read short summaries of people, companies, and deals.
- Create, update, or delete records only with your exact confirmation. Retrying never repeats a change.
- Act only from an active Work Board task assigned to a member of the company, within the company’s integration limits.
One Twenty workspace can serve more than one company. Do that only if those companies should share customers.
Disconnecting Twenty removes its saved credentials. It does not delete anything in Twenty.
