HivemindOS manual
Finance District Managed Wallet
Connect Finance District when your hive needs networks or wallet services beyond the built-in Base, Robinhood Chain, and Solana wallets. It is optional; your local wallets keep working without it.
The connection adds:
- Balances and activity on Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, Bitcoin, and Sui.
- Token transfers, including Bitcoin and Sui, and swaps where the service supports them.
- EVM yield: discovery, deposits, withdrawals, positions, and redemptions.
- Message signing and paid x402 requests.
- Merchant tools: projects, settlement wallets, staff, payments, and earnings.
- Checkout for your published company products by shopping agents (UCP and ACP).
Finance District signs inside its own protected service. HivemindOS never receives the wallet’s private keys. Finance District is responsible for custody, supported networks and assets, and uptime.
Connect
- Open More → Integrations → Connected tools.
- Find Managed Wallet and choose Set up.
- Enter your email and choose Sign in or Create account.
- Enter the 8-digit code sent to your email.
- Refresh the panel and check that the account shows as connected.
Your sign-in is kept in your operating system’s protected credential store when one is available. If it is not, set up only on a machine you trust and read the warning shown.
To remove it, disconnect the account in the same panel and choose Remove helper.
How agents use it
Authorized agents can read account information once you connect. Anything that moves assets, trades, enters or exits yield, signs, pays, or changes merchant settings needs your approval:
- The agent prepares the exact action and shows a review code. The code changes if any detail changes.
- You check the account, network, asset, amount, destination, and any other details.
- You confirm the unchanged action.
- HivemindOS records a receipt before submitting, so a retry never submits twice.
If the service does not return a clear result, HivemindOS marks the action for review and does not retry it automatically. Check your account activity before trying again.
Sell company products to shopping agents
- Create a Project Identify Token in your Finance District payment console.
- Paste it into Commerce access token in the Managed Wallet panel. You only need this for selling, not for wallet use.
- To receive payment updates, add the payment-notification address shown in the panel to your Finance District console, then paste the signing secret back into the panel.
Your published paid products then become available to shopping agents through UCP and ACP, alongside the existing x402 purchase flow. The price, destination, network, and product always come from your catalog; a buyer cannot change them. Each checkout covers one unit of one product, expires, and never settles twice. If you unpublish a product before payment, checkout stops.
HivemindOS verifies every payment notification and keeps only a short receipt, without buyer wallet addresses. You can replace or remove the commerce token and signing secret without disconnecting the wallet.
Limits
- Bitcoin and Sui support is limited to what the connected service offers. Yield is limited to supported EVM networks.
- Smart accounts appear only when your account actually reports them.
- Never paste recovery phrases, private keys, payment credentials, or signing secrets into chat, notes, or screenshots.
