Signal Trader

Signal Trader is an experimental automated trader for one early, unproven pattern. When an account you watch posts about a Robinhood Chain token, it buys a small amount and sells it four hours later. Open More → Signal Trader to see open trades, results, and the stop button.

Practice and real money

Signal Trader keeps two separate books: practice and real money. Each has its own switch, balance, trades, and history. You can run either one, or both.

Both books see the same posts, prices, and limits, so any difference between them comes only from the money, never from what they saw.

Real money starts locked. To use it, choose a wallet, type the confirmation, and then turn on its switch as a separate step.

Practice prices every trade through the real market, including real swap costs, but never signs anything. You choose its starting stake. The two books never share results, and resetting one starts a fresh history, so practice numbers can never pass as a real track record.

What it trades

It only sees posts that pass the pattern’s own checks: the right chain and token, a real account rather than a bot, and caught quickly. It then skips a trade, and tells you why, when:

  • Too expensive: a round trip would cost more than your limit.
  • Pool too thin: the trade would move the token’s price against you.
  • No room: it already holds its maximum number of positions.
  • Stale: the post arrived too late.
  • Already traded: one trade per token per day.

How much it trades

You do not set a trade size. It keeps a little back for fees and splits the rest of the balance across as many trades as it can support, so trades grow and shrink with the account. Your per-trade limit and the token’s market depth cap each trade.

Below about four dollars a trade, fixed costs outweigh the pattern, so it stops trading instead of taking a losing trade.

Stopping it

  • You stop it. Each book has its own stop, and Stop everything stops both. Only you can restart a book.
  • A rule pauses it. A drop from its high, a bad day, or a losing streak pauses that book only. The panel says which rule and the number. Clearing the pause works only once the reason is gone.
  • It slows down. A smaller drop halves trade size until the account makes a new high.

Whatever stops it, anything already open still sells on schedule.

Keep it trading with HivemindOS closed

Signal Trader runs while HivemindOS is open. To keep it running after you close the app or restart your computer, install the optional background service from a HivemindOS source checkout:

./scripts/install-signal-trader-daemon.sh

The service and the app never trade at the same time: whichever is running has the books, and the other waits. Your switches, limits, and history are the same either way.

To remove only this service:

./scripts/install-signal-trader-daemon.sh uninstall

Your books and history stay on your computer after uninstall.

What to expect

This is a small pattern with thin tokens and early evidence, and it might be nothing. Treat your first month as a test of whether the pattern is real, and use only money you can afford to lose.
