HivemindOS

Put your AI agents to work.

The all-in-one operating system for AI agents.

Connect every agent, app, model, and machine. Let them build, publish, trade, call, and run companies under your control.

Real HivemindOS work

Not another chatbot. A hive that ships outcomes.

Build locally, publish deliberately, test strategies, run companies, and control every agent from one place.

The agent built, explained, and previewed a working app locally

App Builder

Build an app without rebuilding the internet.

Hive Assimilation searches your work, private indexes, and all public GitHub for reusable files, tests, configs, schemas, and assets before an agent builds locally.
  • Public GitHub search
  • Local preview
  • 99.4% context avoided

Socials

Stay active online without giving it your whole day.

Socials automatically drafts thoughtful replies to relevant conversations on X, Reddit, and other platforms, then drafts original posts in your style on a schedule you can get behind. That gives you more time for the work and people you love.

Paper-trading evidence before any live-money decision

Agent wallets + trading

Let an agent test a strategy without giving it your wallet.

Separate wallets, budgets, approvals, and a fleet-wide freeze keep agent spending bounded. Trading starts in simulation and needs a separate live-money decision.
  • Paper trading
  • Hard limits
  • Separate live decision

Zero Human Companies

Give a company a charter, a crew, and work that keeps moving.

Agent roles plan work, build products, run outreach, track revenue, and learn from results while budgets, approvals, and a kill switch stay with you.
  • Agent crew
  • Budgeted work
  • Human authority

Unified fleet

Reach every agent and machine from one control room.

Chat with Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, OpenClaw, Aeon, local agents, and connected machines without losing the repo, session, device, or task. Call the same agent when typing is too slow.

One request, carried through

Brief once. Keep the work moving.

One durable thread can move from context to build to release without making you re-explain the work at every handoff.

Step 01

Describe the outcome once.

Type one request. HivemindOS compares the available fleet, picks the best-fit agent, and carries the full brief into its workspace.Web Designer picks up the task with context attached
Type the brief once. HivemindOS finds the best available agent and attaches the right working context

One OS, five kinds of leverage

Choose what the hive should do for you.

The breadth is the point: one operating layer connects the agents, tools, money, memory, and machines behind the outcome.

Build

Apps from proven parts, previewed on your hardware.

Ask for the outcome. App Builder uses Hive Assimilation to find reusable work across your hive and public GitHub before it writes from scratch. Hosting starts only when you choose to publish.
  • Search all public GitHub
  • Build and preview locally
  • Pay for hosting only when you publish

Measured token savings

Less context in. Less model spend out.

HivemindOS gives the model a smaller, targeted evidence pack instead of making it read everything. On paid models, fewer input tokens mean a lower bill for that prompt.

Live recall figures are provider-reported from a June 7, 2026 OpenRouter run using openai/gpt-4.1-mini. Software-build and workflow-reuse figures are deterministic context-budget estimates from this repository, not provider invoices. Results vary by task and model.

Infrastructure, execution, control

Powerful agents. Your authority stays visible.

HivemindOS is local-first and open source. Connected providers remain optional, inspectable choices instead of invisible dependencies.

01

Private infrastructure

Your local path stays yours.

Run connected apps, local models, and a Shared Brain across hardware you own. A fully local workflow can remain on your machines; outside providers are opt-in per task.

02

Transparent execution

See the work, not just the answer.

Searches, sources, drafts, budgets, approvals, simulations, and deliverables remain inspectable. Money-moving and publishing decisions stay separate from ordinary agent work.

03

Control from anywhere

The whole fleet follows you.

Use one chat across this computer, your phone, and connected machines. Call an agent, return to its thread, or redirect work without rebuilding the context.

Find your starting point

What do you want your hive to accomplish?

Describe the outcome. We will point you to the right HivemindOS surface. Nothing is sent or executed from this website.

Start on the hardware you already own

Make this computer your control room.

Install one complete hub to command the hive. Link every other computer as a lightweight worker you govern from that hub.

Lightweight workerNo second dashboard

Link other devices

Add a borrowed GPU, spare computer, or server to the Hive Fleet while permissions and routing stay under your main hub.

Extra machine
Main hub
  1. 1

Download and open HivemindOS Link on the extra machine. The guided app installs only the collector, with no second dashboard.

  2. 2

Click “Link this device.”The app handles installation and shows progress for you.

  3. 3

Copy its approval link and open it on your main hub.Approve once, then the device appears automatically in the Hive Fleet.

Advanced setup

Only use this if the guided Link app cannot run on your device.

Terminal
git clone https://github.com/LiamVisionary/hivemindos.git && cd hivemindos && ./setup.sh --collector-only

Before you install

Is it free?

Yes. The core is free and open source under MIT. Clone it, read every line, and run it on your own machines with your own keys at no cost. The installers above come from the same public repo. Optional paid services cover infrastructure HivemindOS runs for you, such as hosted agent calls and messages, managed compute, and app hosting. You are charged only when it operates something for you, never just to use the app. The full breakdown is on the tokenomics page.

What leaves my machine?

On a single machine, nothing has to leave. The dashboard, vault, and memory are local files and local processes. A fleet talks over your own Tailscale or Hivemind Link mesh. Hosted models, calling, publishing, and trading providers are optional connections that are clearly marked when you use them.

Do I need a Tailscale account?

Not for one machine. For a fleet, the default Hivemind Link path uses your own Tailscale account through an embedded node. No system VPN client is required. Local-only use can skip Tailscale entirely.

Which agent runtimes does it work with?

Hermes, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Codex, Claude Code, Aeon, and MiroShark today, plus generic machine agents and local model servers such as Ollama, LM Studio, and vLLM. No single runtime is required.

Is there a token, and does it gate anything?

HIVE exists and is optional; no core function of the OS requires it. HivemindOS allocates 15% of each service's server-owned allocation basis to HIVE buybacks and a separate 15% to the company treasury. For most managed services that basis is realized margin; for others it is recognized platform revenue. Purchased tokens are not destroyed. Staking provides six tiers of Honey multipliers, free-agent usage multipliers, and member pricing, not HIVE yield or a claim on company revenue.
